What we collect
To run your rides we collect what you give us: your name, email and optional phone number when you create an account; pickup and drop-off addresses, times, passenger details, flight numbers and any notes when you book. Payment cards are handled by Stripe, our payment processor — full card numbers never touch our systems. Our servers also keep ordinary technical logs (such as IP address and request time) for security and troubleshooting.
How we use it
We use this data to quote and operate rides, send booking confirmations and updates by email, provide support, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. We do not use your data for third-party advertising, and we do not sell it to anyone.
Who sees it
The partner operator and chauffeur performing your ride receive what they need to run it: your name, contact number, pickup details and flight number. Stripe processes payments under its own privacy policy. Our email provider delivers our messages to you. Beyond service providers like these, we disclose personal data only where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Booking and payment records are kept while your account is active and as long as tax and accounting rules require. If you ask us to delete your account, we remove or anonymize your personal data except what those rules oblige us to retain.
Your choices
Email info@luxorablack.com to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to ask any privacy question. We answer within a reasonable time and never charge for it.
Cookies
We use a small set of strictly necessary cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in and to hold a booking in progress — details in the cookie policy. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on this site.
Children
Our service is for adults; we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. Children ride with, and are booked by, adults.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we update this page and its “last updated” date. Continued use of the service after a change means the new version applies.
